A double bedroom, a twin bedroom, and a single room with a full size single bed. Sleeps 5.
A travel cot will not fit in any of the bedrooms.
TVs in all rooms plus a Wii console with lots of games on hard drive (You are welcome to bring your own games.)
Separate toilet to shower room.

Gas fire in lounge, built in electric heaters in lounge and bedrooms, plus oil filled radiators.
Can park outside.
Situated not far from complex.
Dogs welcome (No more than 2)
Key safe outside the caravan so no need to question at reception on arrival.

Strictly no other persons are authorised to stay unless you ask me first, unauthorised guest staying will be asked to leave.
